Just a stones throw away from the beautiful long white sandy beach of Emu Bay which boasts a 4.5km long safe swimming beach with vehicle access. Just 100m away you have access to boat launching facilities or you can enjoy a spot of fishing from the jetty.
Located on the front row of Emu Bay with uninterrupted beach and ocean views.
Reverse cycle air-conditioning, BBQ, coffee pod machine and fully self contained kitchen.
All bed linen, pillows and bath towels are provided for your stay. Please bring beach towels (weather permitting)

Guests will have access to the entire self contained two bedroom cottage.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 30 days of arrival – FULL Refund.
Cancellation between 8 – 30 days of arrival – 50 % of total cost.
Cancellation 7 and less days before arrival – 75% of total cost.
Cancellation within 24 hours of arrival – 100% of total cost.
We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
Please note that severe winter weather can occasionally lead to ferry cancellations. Our standard cancellation policy applies to all guests, regardless of whether you arrive by plane or ferry. Refunds cannot be provided for unused services or early departures. However, we assess each situation on a case-by-case basis.
