Holiday by the beach then this house is for you. Less than a 1 minute walk to the beautiful white sand and crystal clear waters of Emu Bay beach and recreation reserve across the road.
From here enjoy swimming, fishing or sharing local food and wine with family and friends on the deck.
Pine View is a fully self contained house with all the comforts of home.
Ideal location for the perfect getaway.
Suitable for couples or a family with 2 bedrooms and a sleep out. Please note the 3rd bedroom (sleep out) is only accessible from an outside sliding door & doesn’t have air-conditioning.
Sleeping up to 6 people with 1 queen size bed, 1 double bed and 2 single beds.
Sit back and relax on the front deck after a day touring our beautiful Island.
Property facilities include: reverse cycle air conditioning (excluding the sleep out), TV & DVD player, fully equipped kitchen with an oven, 2 fridge/freezers, convection microwave, BBQ, ample parking and all bed linen, pillows and bath towels. Please note you will need to bring shampoo, toothpaste and other toiletries with you.
Please note that there is no host on site, you are renting an entire home and its privacy. No daily servicing and no meals are provided.
If guests require assistance you can contact the Property Manager via phone or email. We will endeavor to respond as promptly as possible. The keys will be left in the ‘key box’ and the pin code will be emailed to you prior to your arrival.
Only a 15 minute drive to Kangaroo Islands main township, Kingscote where you will find a 7 day supermarket, cafes, restaurants, pharmacy, banks, hospital, fuel outlets and more. OTR located at 8 Telegraph Rd Kingscote is open 24/7. Tourist attractions nearby: Emu Bay Lavender Farm, Kangaroo Island Brewery, Springs Road Wines, Old Wisanger School, Reeves Point Historic site, Kingscote Museum, Stokes Bay, Island Beehive, Clifford’s Honey Farm, Emu Ridge Eucalyptus, Frogs N Roses Garden Centre & Café and KIS Spirits (gin tastings)
There is limited public transport on Kangaroo Island. You can hire a car or book your own car on the ferry.
Pineview doesn’t have laundry facilities. The commercial laundromat in Kingscote is open daily with washers and dryers. There is a clothesline at Pineview for your convenience.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 30 days of arrival – FULL Refund.
Cancellation between 8 – 30 days of arrival – 50 % of total cost.
Cancellation 7 and less days before arrival – 75% of total cost.
Cancellation within 24 hours of arrival – 100% of total cost.
We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
Please note that severe winter weather can occasionally lead to ferry cancellations. Our standard cancellation policy applies to all guests, regardless of whether you arrive by plane or ferry. Refunds cannot be provided for unused services or early departures. However, we assess each situation on a case-by-case basis.
