Welcome to our charming 1940s holiday home located in the heart of Kingscote! This lovely three-bedroom house is perfect for families or groups of friends who are looking for a cozy and comfortable place to stay during their holiday.
As soon as you step inside, you will be greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The house is tastefully decorated with vintage furniture and accessories that give it a unique and charming character. The living room is spacious and comfortable, with plenty of seating and a large window that allows natural light to flood the room.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals, including a stove, oven, refrigerator, and microwave. There is also a dining area that can seat up to six people.

Cancellation more than 30 days of arrival – FULL Refund.
Cancellation between 8 – 30 days of arrival – 50 % of total cost.
Cancellation 7 and less days before arrival – 75% of total cost.
Cancellation within 24 hours of arrival – 100% of total cost.
We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
Please note that severe winter weather can occasionally lead to ferry cancellations. Our standard cancellation policy applies to all guests, regardless of whether you arrive by plane or ferry. Refunds cannot be provided for unused services or early departures. However, we assess each situation on a case-by-case basis.
