Main bedroom: King bed with ensuite
Second bedroom: Queen bed
Third bedroom: 2 singles or can convert to a king bed
Fourth bedroom: Queen bed downstairs with an ensuite and kitchenette.
The backyard is secure and safe for smaller children.
There is an additional fridge in the garage for drinks and freshly caught fish.
Guests will have access to the house in its entirety. There is undercover garage parking and plenty of additional parking in the driveway.

Pets must not be left inside alone or allowed on the furniture including beds. A refundable bond of $120 is applicable per stay.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 30 days of arrival – FULL Refund.
Cancellation between 8 – 30 days of arrival – 50 % of total cost.
Cancellation 7 and less days before arrival – 75% of total cost.
Cancellation within 24 hours of arrival – 100% of total cost.
We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
Please note that severe winter weather can occasionally lead to ferry cancellations. Our standard cancellation policy applies to all guests, regardless of whether you arrive by plane or ferry. Refunds cannot be provided for unused services or early departures. However, we assess each situation on a case-by-case basis.
