House of the Young is ideally situated on the foreshore of Emu Bay with sensational ocean views overlooking the jetty and beyond. With 4 bedrooms, it allows flexible sleeping arrangements for up to 12 guests. This modern contemporary home is suitable for all the family, quiet and child friendly with a lot of space for play. What a place to relax with all home comforts!!
The master bedroom has a king bed and ensuite with a shower and toilet. Bedrooms 2 and 3 both have a king bed that can be split into 2 king single beds. Bedroom 4 has 2 single beds and 2 single rollaway beds. There is also a double fold out sofa-bed in the lounge room.
The second bathroom has a shower, bath and toilet and a there is also a third separate toilet in the house.
Take in the stunning uninterrupted sea views from the large deck that runs along the front of the home. You will see the local fisherman head out for their prized catch of King George whiting as they launch from the boat ramp below, or you may even like to fish from the jetty yourself for a squid or two.
A morning walk or swim is the best way to start the day along the 4km beautiful white sands of Emu Bay. Lunch and evening meals can be enjoyed from the large deck or the undercover BBQ area ideal for entertaining the whole family.
You will fall in love with the amazing sunsets and sunrises from the headland across the bay.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 30 days of arrival – FULL Refund.
Cancellation between 8 – 30 days of arrival – 50 % of total cost.
Cancellation 7 and less days before arrival – 75% of total cost.
Cancellation within 24 hours of arrival – 100% of total cost.
We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
Please note that severe winter weather can occasionally lead to ferry cancellations. Our standard cancellation policy applies to all guests, regardless of whether you arrive by plane or ferry. Refunds cannot be provided for unused services or early departures. However, we assess each situation on a case-by-case basis.
