Sunny Brae is a very comfortable 3 bedroom home located in beautiful EmU Bay. It has all the amenities you need for your stay and is only a 15 minute drive from the main town of Kingscote. Good size bedrooms, full kitchen, comfortable living area with TV, stereo & wifi. Expansive front deck with outdoor furniture great for relaxing and taking in the view. Please note we are no longer able to accommodate pets. Simple, clean & affordable with everything you need for your stay. Please note that the host is not on site. You are renting the entire home and its privacy. No daily servicing and no meals provided. Our holiday home is hosted by Kangaroo Island Short Stayz who are available throughout your stay in our home at Emu Bay. The keys will be left in the key box and the pin code will be emailed prior to your stay. Emu Bay is a quiet beach side town, beautiful long white sandy beach, playground, community reserve for playing sport. The jetty is a short walk and good for fishing. The boat ramp is accessible for those who have brought their boat. Private vehicle is the best & most common means of transport on Kangaroo Island. Some coach tours can pick you up from the township but best to enquire at the time of booking. There are hire car options for Kangaroo Island as well as some shuttle services to and from the main towns. There are transfer services operating on the island please enquire about their availability at the time of booking if required.

Cancellation between 8 – 30 days of arrival – 50 % of total cost.
Cancellation 7 and less days before arrival – 75% of total cost.
Cancellation within 24 hours of arrival – 100% of total cost.
