The space
Having just finished a complete renovation and remodeling to tastefully blend the original character of the home with modern, spacious open-plan design, luxury décor and including original artwork from the builder/owner that adds to the one-of-a-kind local experience of this magical home.
The property boasts two extra-large bedrooms, plus bunk room and full bathroom on the top floor. The Master has a large private ocean front balcony perfect for enjoying the views and soaking in the serenity after a day of exploring the sights. The extra-large rear bedroom has a private sunset balcony where you can capture some of the best sunsets in the world and the bunk room hosts two adult sized king-single beds and ocean views in every direction. The bottom floor features one large bedroom, full bathroom, a spacious open plan entertaining, dining and fully equipped contemporary kitchen with luxury appliances, all encompassed by panoramic views of the bay. Ducted heating and cooling upstairs and reverse-cycle downstairs, Wi-Fi, all new comfortable bedding and furniture, as well as full amenities including Nespresso coffee machine, hotel grade linen, towels and an expansive garden and outdoor deck area perfect for enjoying the warmer months.
Ideally located in the heart of Kingscote right on the esplanade on the hill overlooking historic Reeves Point, the first settlement in South Australia and with uninterrupted views of the whole bay. Less than a minutes’ drive, or a 10-minute walk along the scenic walking trail right out front, from local shops, cafes, fuel, pharmacy, restaurants and convenience of the main street.
This is the perfect property for discerning guests wanting special & unique high-end luxury accommodation with the most amazing view in town.

• Bedroom 4 – Ground Level, Queen-size bed in a spacious bedroom, ocean front views and Smart TV.

Two large brand newly refurbished bathrooms (1 upstairs, 1 downstairs).
Each includes a walk-in rain shower, hairdryers, and toiletries (Shampoo/Conditioner, Bodywash/Handwash) downstairs bathroom includes large freestanding bathtub for a blissful soak after a big day of sightseeing.
Laundry room with washing machine (washing detergent and stain remover provided).
Large clothes horse, iron and ironing board located inside in upstairs storage cubby (Bedroom 2).
Professionally laundered hotel-quality bed linen and all types of towels inc. Bath, Hand and Face.

Nespresso coffee machine (range of coffee pods provided), toaster, microwave, kettle, blender, oven and stove top, dishwasher, fully stocked kitchen crockery, cutlery, glassware and cooking equipment, everything you need should you choose to serve up some of Kangaroo Islands amazing local produce.
To help make your stay as convenient as possible, all of the essentials are provided:
Coffee pods, tea, coffee, sugar, salt, seasonings, pepper, sauce, glad wrap, alfoil and baking paper, paper towel, tissues, dishwasher detergent, sponges, shampoo & conditioner, bodywash, handwash & toilet paper etc.
The supermarket is about a minutes’ drive or about 10 minutes’ stroll along the scenic walking path in case we’ve missed anything.

Where you’ll enjoy the outback-
Large deck with outdoor dining table and seating for up to 8 guests, sun lounges, expansive grass space and gorgeous Aussie native & succulent garden area surrounding the property, where we regularly get visits from lots of furry and feathered friends such as kangaroo’s, wallabies, echidna’s, blue wrens and even koala’s. Easterly winds also bring a plethora of birds including rare osprey’s, sea eagle’s, kestrels, pelicans and many other species riding the updrafts along the cliff right in front of the house making it a birdwatches delight and perfect vantage point for checking out the dolphins & seals that frolic in the waters below.

Top of the Range Webber BBQ with rotisserie and side burner, all cooking utensils supplied.
Two driveways (one either side of the property) with plenty of parking space (please do not park on the grass).

Cancellation more than 30 days of arrival – FULL Refund.
Cancellation between 8 – 30 days of arrival – 50 % of total cost.
Cancellation 7 and less days before arrival – 75% of total cost.
Cancellation within 24 hours of arrival – 100% of total cost.
