Safe swimming beach for the family and you can try a spot of fishing off the jetty or boat ramp.
Take a stroll along the 4.5km white sand of Emu Bay beach.

The expansive deck is a perfect place to relax and enjoy a glass of local wine or some Kangaroo Island produce. There is a hooded BBQ and a beautiful outdoor teak table for dining and ample under cover space.
There is a fish cleaning area at the rear of the spacious and fully fenced yard. There is also ample space for parking both your car and boat.
Emu Bay is 15 minutes from the main township of Kingscote offering easy access to shops and other services. Only 45 minutes from Penneshaw and 20 minutes from the Kingscote airport, Emu Bay is a wonderful location for relaxing, fishing or enjoying the wonderful attractions of Kangaroo Island.
If it’s your first visit to Kangaroo Island please allow 3-4 days as there is plenty to see and do. Bring your car on the ferry or hire cars are available.
All bath towels and bed linen are supplied at no extra cost.
The modern kitchen is well equipped with french door fridge, commercial size oven, microwave and dishwasher. There is a spacious breakfast bar and separate dining table within the large open living space.
The living room boasts a flat screen TV with blue ray DVD player and a reverse cycle air-conditioning for year round comfort. A range of movies and books are supplied for your enjoyment.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 30 days of arrival – FULL Refund.
Cancellation between 8 – 30 days of arrival – 50 % of total cost.
Cancellation 7 and less days before arrival – 75% of total cost.
Cancellation within 24 hours of arrival – 100% of total cost.
We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
Please note that severe winter weather can occasionally lead to ferry cancellations. Our standard cancellation policy applies to all guests, regardless of whether you arrive by plane or ferry. Refunds cannot be provided for unused services or early departures. However, we assess each situation on a case-by-case basis.
