Schoolhouse Cottage
Description
Once used as a schoolhouse over a century ago, the cottage has been renovated in sympathy to the original style.
Accommodation is for up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms (queen, double and twin). It has a well-appointed kitchen, spacious eating area, cosy lounge, north facing outdoor patio with BBQ and views over the water.
There is undercover parking in 2 carports and we are pet-friendly (on request) for small to medium dogs.
Its central yet quiet location is close to both the wharf and boat ramp.

Refundable pet bond $120 per stay.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 30 days of arrival – FULL Refund.
Cancellation between 8 – 30 days of arrival – 50 % of total cost.
Cancellation 7 and less days before arrival – 75% of total cost.
Cancellation within 24 hours of arrival – 100% of total cost.
We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
Please note that severe winter weather can occasionally lead to ferry cancellations. Our standard cancellation policy applies to all guests, regardless of whether you arrive by plane or ferry. Refunds cannot be provided for unused services or early departures. However, we assess each situation on a case-by-case basis.
