Description
Self contained cottage suitable for couples, singles or small families. Queen size bed & two folding beds with all linen supplied.
Fully equipped kitchen, reverse cycle air-conditioning for heating & cooling and a washing machine for your convenience.
Situated on 6.5 peaceful acres of garden, the home has an abundance of bird & wildlife.
The cottage is close to shops, cafes & art galleries and only a 5 minute walk to the beach.
Outside fish cleaning facilities and use of a freezer.
Guests will have access to the entire apartment with access via a private entrance.
If guests require assistance they can contact the property manager via phone or email. We will endeavour to respond as promptly as possible.
There is limited public transport on Kangaroo Island. You can hire a car or book your own car on the Sealink ferry.
Pets are not permitted at Lemon Tree Cottage.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 30 days of arrival – FULL Refund.
Cancellation between 8 – 30 days of arrival – 50 % of total cost.
Cancellation 7 and less days before arrival – 75% of total cost.
Cancellation within 24 hours of arrival – 100% of total cost.
We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
Please note that severe winter weather can occasionally lead to ferry cancellations. Our standard cancellation policy applies to all guests, regardless of whether you arrive by plane or ferry. Refunds cannot be provided for unused services or early departures. However, we assess each situation on a case-by-case basis.
