Leeward is located on the outskirts of Kingscote. The 3 bedroom home is the perfect spot to explore what Kangaroo Island has to offer – beaches, food & wine, wildlife, rocky coastlines and so much more. Across the road you can either walk or ride bikes along the designated walking trail into Kingscote or take a swim at the beach, all at your doorstep.
3 bedroom, 2 toilets, fully renovated bathroom, indoor fire with wood supplied, air-conditioner for cooling only and a large outdoor entertaining area with a BBQ, TV, sofa couches and more. Complimentary WIFI too
You will have access to the entire house for your stay

Refundable pet bond of $100 per stay
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 30 days of arrival – FULL Refund.
Cancellation between 8 – 30 days of arrival – 50 % of total cost.
Cancellation 7 and less days before arrival – 75% of total cost.
Cancellation within 24 hours of arrival – 100% of total cost.
We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
Please note that severe winter weather can occasionally lead to ferry cancellations. Our standard cancellation policy applies to all guests, regardless of whether you arrive by plane or ferry. Refunds cannot be provided for unused services or early departures. However, we assess each situation on a case-by-case basis.
