Comfortable for a romantic retreat or larger family groups. We offer a range of modern cooking facilities, dishwasher, a flat screen TV, gas heating, large dining table, quality BBQ and free WIFI.
Guests will have access to the entire holiday house including complimentary WIFI.
Only a 15 minute drive to Kangaroo Islands main township, Kingscote where you will find a 7 day supermarket, cafes, restaurants, pharmacy, banks, hospital, fuel outlets and more.
You can book your car on the Sealink ferry or hire a car on arrival.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 30 days of arrival – FULL Refund.
Cancellation between 8 – 30 days of arrival – 50 % of total cost.
Cancellation 7 and less days before arrival – 75% of total cost.
Cancellation within 24 hours of arrival – 100% of total cost.
We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
Please note that severe winter weather can occasionally lead to ferry cancellations. Our standard cancellation policy applies to all guests, regardless of whether you arrive by plane or ferry. Refunds cannot be provided for unused services or early departures. However, we assess each situation on a case-by-case basis.
