A recently renovated 2 bedroom brick house with all the modern conveniences you would expect. Tastefully decorated, it is a perfect place to base yourself to explore everything that beautiful Kangaroo Island has to offer.
Featuring off street parking, there is a fully fenced yard at the back of the property.

Quality furnishings with 2 queen beds & a single bed.
Linen, bath towels & pillows are included. Small supplies of tea, coffee, sugar and other basic kitchen supplies.
Enjoy the magnificent views, hooded gas BBQ and serenity. Cosy all year round with heating and air conditioning, stereo, TV, kitchen, microwave, washing machine and more.
You will have access to the entire house during your stay.

Emu Bay beach is only a short walk from Berds Nest and a great spot for swimming, sunbaking, fishing and beach walks
Emu Bay Lavender Farm is situated 3km from Emu Bay, open 9-5 daily for a lovely breakfast, brunch or lunch.
Fishing charters can be arranged with Emu Bay Fishing Charters departing from Emu Bay (weather permitting)
The beautiful Emu Bay beach is accessible by vehicle on the hard sand and one of the most popular spots for swimming, water sports, fishing and beach walks.
Emu Bay is just a 15 minute drive from Kangaroo Island’s main township of Kingscote which offers a range of shops & services including – supermarket, takeaway food, hotels, restaurant, post office, ATM’s, chemist, hospital, fuel outlets, laundromat, butcher, tourist information, souvenirs and more.

Cancellation 7 and less days before arrival – 75% of total cost.
Cancellation within 24 hours of arrival – 100% of total cost.

Please note that severe winter weather can occasionally lead to ferry cancellations. Our standard cancellation policy applies to all guests, regardless of whether you arrive by plane or ferry. Refunds cannot be provided for unused services or early departures. However, we assess each situation on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation between 8 – 30 days of arrival – 50 % of total cost.
Cancellation 7 and less days before arrival – 75% of total cost.
Cancellation within 24 hours of arrival – 100% of total cost.
