Excellent ocean views are available from the living area which also includes a new dining table & chairs, flat screen TV with DVD player and reverse cycle air-conditioning for year round comfort. A range of movies and books are supplied for your enjoyment.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 30 days of arrival – FULL Refund.
Cancellation between 8 – 30 days of arrival – 50 % of total cost.
Cancellation 7 and less days before arrival – 75% of total cost.
Cancellation within 24 hours of arrival – 100% of total cost.
We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
Please note that severe winter weather can occasionally lead to ferry cancellations. Our standard cancellation policy applies to all guests, regardless of whether you arrive by plane or ferry. Refunds cannot be provided for unused services or early departures. However, we assess each situation on a case-by-case basis.
