.Upstairs consists of the kitchen, an open lounge/dining area which opens onto a balcony, 2 bedrooms and bathroom. Downstairs hosts a second living area, 2 bedrooms and bathroom/laundry. A large secure yard makes your stay private and there is plenty of room to park vehicles and boat.
Annie’s View is only a few minute’s walk to the jetty, boat ramp, playground, community cricket pitch and pristine white sandy beach of Emu Bay. From the balcony you have views of the jetty and could watch older children catching dinner.
The property provides complimentary unlimited WIFI, coffee plunger, large electric oven with gas cooktop, microwave, electric fry pan, full size family fridge/freezer, separate bar fridge, flat screen TV (upstairs and downstairs), large dining table, front loader washing machine and hooded gas BBQ.
Split system heating & cooling & ceiling fans are located upstairs, with pedestal fans and heaters for downstairs.
Highchair & safety gate (for the top of the stairs) are supplied free of charge.
This is a non smoking property.
Tariff includes all bed linen, bath towels, tea towels, tea & coffee.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 30 days of arrival – FULL Refund.
Cancellation between 8 – 30 days of arrival – 50 % of total cost.
Cancellation 7 and less days before arrival – 75% of total cost.
Cancellation within 24 hours of arrival – 100% of total cost.
We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
Please note that severe winter weather can occasionally lead to ferry cancellations. Our standard cancellation policy applies to all guests, regardless of whether you arrive by plane or ferry. Refunds cannot be provided for unused services or early departures. However, we assess each situation on a case-by-case basis.
